The church is not a building, but the people of God. The buildings are where we meet, and we have recently upgraded the interior of St Mary's to create a space that is more flexible both for worship and for community activities.

We have all sorts of people of all sorts of ages - from babies and toddlers to people old enough to be their great grandparents!

Our services are 'middle of the road' Anglican with a large choir and lots of opportunities for people to take part.    See Regular services for the schedule.

For the last two or three years we have been running the Emmaus programme, aimed at those exploring what Christianity is about, as well as those who would like a 'refresher' course on the basics of the faith. New groups start from time to time - information will be posted here.

There are lots of ways to get involved - on Sundays, on weekdays and evenings by joining us in services and meetings and with the many things activities in our fellowship. See Getting involved.

The St. Mary's leaflet is available from the downloads page, in two formats - to print and fold or to read online.

There's also a scanned copy of a booklet, from the 70s. Take a look and compare!

Our official name is "The Parochial Church Council of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St. Mary-le-More and All Hallows with St. Leonard and St. Peter, Wallingford" but we are normally known as
"Wallingford Parochial Church Council",  registered charity no. 1129240.
